CBM upgrades its document management process!
To ensure more efficient management of its documents, CBM France, a supplier of spare parts for buses, coaches and trams, has acquired the OMS-500 software developed by NEOPOST, enabling it to optimise its processing turnaround times and postal costs. How does this benefit the customer? Its serves to secure its mailing process through the post – using the unique Datamatrix code – and it promises the possibility of adapting document management to the customer’s specific needs in terms of spare parts orders for their transportation system.
CBM France considers customer satisfaction one of its main priorities. This is why we strive every day to reduce our customers’ maintenance costs, in an entirely transparent manner.
To this end, CBM France has integrated OMS-500 into its document management processes. Combined with our integrated management software package (internal ERP), this multichannel communication software offers technical and economic efficiency for the management and distribution of documents (from publication to circulation).
Since its installation, almost 200,000 documents – including invoices, statements and customer reminders – have been produced and collated for sending, at the rate of one envelope for three documents on average.

In addition to better productivity and lower costs, our teams have improved flexibility in the management of spare parts orders. This improvement to our internal processes allows us to respond even more quickly to each specific customer request, whatever their communication preference may be (post, email, fax, SMS, or other).
The solution also enables the company to monitor and track customer dispatches more closely. Datamatrix coding, unique to each customer, makes it possible to secure processes and reduce processing errors when managing their spare parts orders for their transportation vehicles.
