These general conditions aim to define terms of use of the website services, hereinafter named “the service” and the conditions of use of the service by the user.

The website offers users the ability to subscribe to a newsletter, allowing him/her to receive news and offers regarding the CBM brand by email.

Subscription to this newsletter is free. The user must provide CBM with a limited amount of information concerning him/her.

Among this information, some is mandatory as it is essential for the provision of services under the best conditions. This data is collected by CBM and saved in electronic format.

The collection of this information allows CBM to adopt a personalised management style for its users, also offering users the option to target their individual needs. On the basis of these completed forms and the information obtained, the users give their consent to the possible creation of a file. The collection of this information and the creation of a user file has been the subject of a declaration with CNIL.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

In the event of litigation, where an amicable agreement cannot be reached, only the French courts under the jurisdiction of the LE MANS court of appeals shall be competent.
